App crashes

Although I love using this app, it crashes continually during my scripture study time- like twice in 15 minutes :(. It also freezes for about a full minute until a square pops up saying "verification failed during sync. Return to account settings, yes or no".

I hit no and continue until it happens again. Ive contacted them on Facebook and cant get them to help me resolve the problem.

I have so many notes stored on this app. Its disappointing that they dont take responsibility more seriously to help customers. Ive been a customer since they first started. Very disappointing because they have.a great product when its working.
